A facility that starts on the free plan earns you nothing yet. The free Starter tier is not a paying tenant, so it never triggers a reward. The day they move to a paid plan and stay, you get paid.

In the Egen Active app, open Refer a facility. Choose Introduce if you just want to name a lead, or Close it yourself if you plan to run the whole sale.

Introduce takes a name and how warm the lead is. Close it yourself hands you a signup link carrying your referral code, so the facility is tied to you automatically.

The facility signs up and pays
They onboard through your link (or we match your open claim by name and area). Attribution is tracked for you, no forms to reconcile.

You get paid after they stick
Once the facility is a paying tenant and survives 60 days, your reward is released. Introduce pays in-app credit, close it yourself pays cash.

Your reward is earned once the facility becomes a paying tenant and survives the 60 day retention window. No conversion means no reward, and early churn means no reward.

The terms, in plain language
- Paying and retained. A reward only releases after the facility becomes a paying tenant and survives 60 days. A referral is a promise, not a payment.
- One reward per facility. A facility is attributable once. When it is tied to your link, a later claim on the same facility does not also pay.
- The link always wins. If a facility signs up through your close-it link, that beats any manual claim on the same facility.
- Introduce pays in-app credit; close it yourself pays cash. Bank details are collected in the app the first time you claim cash, never before.
- Terms can change for future referrals, never retroactively. A reward you have already earned stays as it was.

- What is the difference between the two modes?
- Introduce means you name a facility and our sales team closes it. It pays flat ₦10,000 in non-withdrawable app credit. Close it yourself means you run the whole sale. It pays cash, up to ₦75,000, tiered by the plan the facility buys.
- Do I have to be a member to earn?
- No. Membership is not required. Anyone with the Egen Active app can introduce a facility or close one today.
- Can I refer more than one facility?
- Yes. There is no cap. Refer as many facilities as you can, and each paying, retained one earns its own reward.
- When exactly do I get paid?
- After the facility pays for a plan and stays for 60 days. No conversion means no reward, and a facility that churns inside 60 days does not pay out. This is what keeps the program clean.
- What if two of us refer the same facility?
- A facility is attributable once. The first valid attribution wins, and a signup link always beats a manual claim. If two people have an open claim on one facility, it goes to review.
- What if the facility already talked to Egen?
- Existing conversations are not attributable. If our team was already in touch with the facility before your referral, it cannot be credited to you.
